Professional Development Trainings

Professional development sessions cost $100/hour including the cost of research and planning time. We offer one-time training options as well as multi-training series. We work with you to define the goals and focus of each training. Clients can also request data analysis services and meetings and/or surveys with identified stakeholders.

Equity Assessments 

A standard equity assessment includes the analysis of present and historic enrollment, academic and social-emotional data disaggregated by race, gender, and disability. Clients may also request focus groups and surveys with educational leaders, teachers, support staff, students and families. All assessments culminate in a report that highlights trends and findings. Equity assessments begin at $1,000.

Action Planning

Action plans include an equity assessment and focus groups with client-identified stakeholders. Action plans will include clear goals, research and data analysis, an equity-aligned implementation plan, success indicators, and systems for tracking results. Action plans cost $1,000. We also offer ongoing tracking and revisions at a rate of $100/hour.
